Carbon shells for dealers and designers
In short: what a dealer receives
For dealers, importers and designers we supply the carbon shell only — the case body laid up from 3K and 12K plies, autoclave cured and ready for finishing. The shell arrives pre-design in one of six colours: white, black, deep blue, grey, burgundy and green. The final design, lettering and silver or gold plating are done on your side. Dealer terms, quantities and prices are given on personal inquiry only and are not published on the site.
- Dealers buy the bare carbon shell — no design, no plating, no lettering.
- Available shell colours: white, black, deep blue, grey, burgundy and green.
- Construction: 3K and 12K carbon-fibre plies, autoclave cure, hand base finish.
- We manufacture and import directly and process in-house in Israel — no chain of middlemen.
- Dealer terms, quantities and pricing: on personal inquiry only.
Who this is for
Judaica and sacred-articles dealers who want a carbon line under their own brand.
Designers and artisans who do their own plating, lettering, inlay and finishing.
Importers and distributors in Israel, the USA and the UK looking for one consistent production source.
Workshops building arks that want a matching carbon case to complete the set.
What you add to the shell
Silver or gold plating for metal details, frames and crown.
Lettering, dedication, community emblem and ornament for your own client.
Final finish — matte or gloss — and tone matching to your ark or product line.
Shells arrive clean and consistent, so your work starts from a repeatable, predictable baseline.
How a carbon case is built
The body is laid up from carbon-fibre layers — 3K weave for the outer, surface-critical plies and 12K for the structural plies that carry the load.
The layup is cured in an autoclave under controlled heat and pressure, so the resin distributes evenly and no voids remain between plies.
After curing the work is manual: flattening, staged sanding, and the final finish — matte or gloss — chosen at order time.
The result is a rigid body, light relative to its strength, that does not warp with humidity or split the way wood can.
Dimensions and fit
A shell is built to internal and external dimensions you specify — parchment height, rolled diameter and total height with the atzei chaim.
You can order a series at uniform sizes for your own catalogue, or a single shell for a specific scroll.
For Torah–Haftarah pairs we keep the 45%–50% height ratio.
