Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-08
We respect the privacy of visitors and clients. This policy explains what data the KADOSH³ website collects, why, with whom it is shared and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data we collect
Data you provide voluntarily: name, phone, e-mail, community or organisation, and the details of your request (item type, tradition, dimensions, budget, notes) — through the quote request form, the contact page and the Torah commissioning wizard.
Operational data generated by use: IP address, browser and device type, interface language and pages viewed — for security, abuse prevention and site improvement.
No account is required to browse, and we do not request sensitive data that an order does not need.
2. Purposes of use
Answering enquiries, preparing quotes, managing the order, production, shipping, warranty and accounting.
Operational records required by law (order documents, invoices, warranty).
Improving the site and its content. Marketing updates are sent only with consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
3. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared only with parties needed to fulfil the order: the sofer, the case manufacturer, freight forwarder and insurer, and technology providers (hosting, database, e-mail) — and only to the extent required.
Data may be stored on servers outside Israel by infrastructure and hosting providers, subject to those providers' security and confidentiality undertakings.
We never sell or trade personal data.
4. Cookies and measurement
The site uses functional cookies essential to operation — for example remembering your interface language and your accessibility preferences.
Accessibility preferences are stored on your device (localStorage) and are not transmitted to us.
You may block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking may prevent preferences from being remembered.
5. The on-site smart agent
The site offers a smart agent (chat) for product guidance and for navigating the legal and accessibility pages. Conversation content is sent to an AI provider solely to generate the reply.
Do not enter sensitive data, payment details or medical information in the chat. Binding requests must go through the quote request form.
The agent issues no halachic rulings and commits to no price; a binding price is set only in a written quote.
6. Retention, security and your rights
Data is retained for as long as the engagement and statutory record-keeping require, then deleted or de-identified.
We apply accepted security measures, including role-based permissions, restricted database access and an audit log of actions.
You may access your data, correct it, request deletion, or withdraw marketing consent. Requests go through the contact form on the contact page.
