3K / 12K / 3K layup
The body itself is a carbon-fibre composite. In the new generation, two 3K plies surround a 12K core: the outer plies provide a fine, precise surface while the core supports an efficient structure. Compared with the previous six-ply 6K construction, body weight was reduced by approximately 5%.
Autoclave-cured construction
The layup is vacuum-bagged and placed in a sealed industrial chamber for a controlled cycle of heat, vacuum and external pressure. The resin cures, the plies consolidate, and trapped air and internal voids are reduced. This material family and autoclave processes are also used in aerospace, racing cars and supercars; the case specification is engineered specifically for a Torah case and is not presented as an aerospace specification.
Hand-finished, premium grade
Every case goes through several stages of hand machining, sanding and polishing, down to a deep, smooth, glossy finish. The deep shine comes from combining advanced material, a precise process and hand finishing — not from the raw material alone.
