How the carbon case is built
Multi-layer carbon fiber structure
The outer shell is built from layers of 3K carbon fiber — the signature look and high mechanical strength of carbon. Inside, larger-bundle 12K fibers form a strong, stable, precise inner layer. The combination of fiber types and layers is engineered for strength, stiffness, low weight and long-term stability.
Autoclave-cured construction
Once the fiber layers are assembled, the structure is cured in an autoclave — a controlled combination of temperature and pressure that bonds the plies into one uniform, precise structure. The same process serves the most demanding industries: aerospace, supercars and motorsport, and defense.
Hand-finished, premium grade
Every case goes through several stages of hand machining, sanding and polishing, down to a deep, smooth, glossy finish. The deep shine comes from combining advanced material, a precise process and hand finishing — not from the raw material alone.
On one side — tradition, handwork and spiritual value. On the other — multi-layer carbon, autoclave curing, precise machining and hand finishing at the highest level.
